Shipping Costs
Online orders cost $10 for shipping. Bulk fundraiser orders are charged a one time $12.50 fee. Shipping through custom fundraiser shops direct to the buyer is $10

Delivery Terms
We use UPS to deliver the product.

HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME
Order handling time is 1 – 2 business days (Mon to Fri).

The order cut-off time will be 10 AM. Central Standard Time (Chicago)

Transit Time Domestically
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 5 - 8 days (Mon to Fri).

Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of the order

Our warehouse operates Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

Change Of Delivery Address
For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at popcorn@fortsmithpopcorn.com

 

Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
